The panels used in the Koyda Pods were chosen for their durability, highest quality insulation and fire retardant qualities, conducive to a modular building.  The building feels like a permanent space that can be used for all purposes, be it an office, bedroom, or simply a woman / man cave.

 

 During the R&D phase, Koyda was adamant that all the buildings would have the feel of a room connected to the house and a room that would not deteriorate in the garden like many others in the market. The customer should have the flexibility to change the look of the building without altering the integrity of the fabric of the building.  This means the architectural faces of the building be it a green wall, timber or charred timber cladding can be removed and replaced with ease if they become worn over time but the structural fabric of the building remains untouched.  Using a structural steel frame with these panels means that the buildings can be fabricated in our factory in Surrey, picked up with strategically placed lifting eyes and placed on a lorry to be taken to your property should access permit.
